The first applicant(s) will be accepted who:

Submits a completed, signed application with accurate information and pays the non-refundable $30.00 application fee. Applicants must bring ID and proof of income when turning in application.

Submits all verifying information/documents needed such as pay stubs or other proof of income, present/previous landlord names and phone numbers, and any other documents that may be required.

Based on satisfactory information supplied, is approved for rental

Has full required move in amount in certified funds
